Product Features

• Compact to ensure installation in tight spaces

• No dead ends, can be automatically emptied. The valve body is machined from a single piece of material (no welded structure)

• Suitable for ClP and Slp processes, high temperature disinfection, mechanical surface polishing or electropolishing on the surface of the valve body with an accuracy of 0.25Чm.

The structure is ideal both in terms of fow rate and process requirements, and there is no turbulence when emptying. Provides interfaces to all current international standards such as welds, clamps or threaded connections. The body material used is 1.4435/316L stainless steel, of course,other alloys can be used according to customer requirements. The bottom valve body can be equipped with either a handwheel or a pneumatic or electric head. Welded ring design reduces the difficulty of welding at the bottom of the tank.

Surface Finish

Modern, well-designed workplaces and highly trained professionals ensure that we process high quality valve body surfaces, Different application requirements can be achieved by grinding, polishing, electropolishing or electrolysis. Surface finishes range from 6.3 Чm to 0.25 Чm.
